The clock has run down on Governor Susana Martinez's window to sign bills approved by lawmakers during New Mexico's 2015 60-day legislative session. One of the bills she didn't act on by the 12PM Friday deadline was a measure to extend the Solar Tax Credit, which has helped thousands of New Mexico families and business owners install solar panels to generate their own electricity. KSFR's Kate Powell talked to Sanders Moore of Environment New Mexico about what the Tax Credit extension would have done for New Mexico's environment and economy.
