A national non-profit organization with the mission of ensuring surviving lung cancer is the expectation and not the exception is holding a fund-raising bike-ride event in Albuquerque a week from. Free To Breathe—founded in 2006—seeks to double lung cancer survival by 2022. The benefit bike rides on nd will start at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Ledger says the ride will end with a closing rally featuring speakers and live musical performances. KSFR's Tom Trowbridge has more.
