Today in Roswell groups representing New Mexico's dairy industry, State water quality officials and a host of environmental groups will meet to discuss a proposal to amend a rule regulating New Mexico's dairy industry. Among those who will decide the rule's outcome is Trace Cliphouse, Water Protection Division Director at the New Mexico Environment Department. KSFR's Zelie Pollon has more. |
